Grant development services provides technical assistance for the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) staff and partners desiring to secure funding and support through successful grant opportunities. Grant writing workshops can be scheduled as needed. Careful coordination of OCDE grant efforts streamlines the grant development process, increases collaboration, eliminates duplication of effort, and assures OCDE protocols are followed. Technical assistance is available for strategic planning, collection of support data and research, collaborative planning, writing, budgeting, and evaluation. These services have been developed to facilitate collaboration and teamwork, resulting in the timely submission and implementation of successful proposals. Purpose: OC Human Relations invites students in Grades 8 - 12 to prepare a short, inspirational speech on why young people should take a stand against oppression and injustice.
